Repsocket ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered SMS-based lead capture service for contractors. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information from individuals ("you") who interact with our service via phone call or text message.

Information We Collect

When you call or text a Repsocket-powered phone number, we collect:

Your phone number
The content of your text messages (e.g., job type, urgency, service address)
Call metadata (time, duration, whether the call was answered)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

Connect you with the contractor whose number you contacted
Deliver a summary of your request to that contractor
Send you SMS messages related to your service inquiry

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your service request.

AI and Automated Processing

Repsocket uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to process your text messages. The AI reads your messages to understand your service request and extract structured details (such as job type, address, and availability) that are forwarded to the contractor. No human other than the contractor reviews your messages.

Information Sharing

We share your information only with:

The contractor whose phone number you contacted
Twilio, our telecommunications provider, which processes calls and messages on our behalf
Anthropic, our AI provider, which processes message content to generate responses (subject to Anthropic's data usage policies)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

Data Retention

We retain conversation data for up to 90 days to support your service request. After that period, data is deleted. Opt-out records are retained to ensure we continue to honor your preferences.

Opting Out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also text UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. To resume messages, reply START.

Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. Phone numbers are hashed in our application logs.
